Privacy

Summary: the Nebulosa Workspace does not collect personal data. Your files stay on your computer. Below are the details — including the few outside services the site uses.

This is a translation provided for convenience. In case of any difference, the Portuguese version (Privacidade) prevails.

1What we collect

Nothing that identifies you. There is no registration, login, form, ads or tracking tools (such as Google Analytics or social media pixels). We do not sell or share data, because we have no data to do so.

2Your files

Documents, spreadsheets, books, images, videos, scores, recipes and finances are opened and processed inside your browser. They are never sent to our servers — we do not even have servers: the site is made only of static files hosted on GitHub Pages.

3What is kept in your browser

For your convenience, the programs keep in the browser itself (localStorage and IndexedDB) things such as: the chosen theme, appearance and language, recently used programs, preferences, automatic copies of work in progress, notices already seen and the confirmation of this privacy notice. This data does not leave your computer and you can delete it whenever you like by clearing the site's browsing data.

4Third-party services

When you open the site, your browser connects to a few external services. As with any internet access, they receive technical information such as the IP address and the browser type:

  • GitHub Pages (GitHub/Microsoft): hosts the site. GitHub privacy.
  • Google Fonts (Google): provides the fonts. Google privacy.
  • Visit counter (Abacus, abacus.jasoncameron.dev): a site statistic, made at the source. It adds +1 to the visits to the nebulosaworkspace.com.br domain and to the home page or the program opened, at most once per browser session. It keeps only the totals, without any data about who visited; nothing is kept in your browser apart from the “already counted in this session” mark.
  • Components downloaded on demand (jsDelivr, cdnjs, Hugging Face and tessdata.projectnaptha.com): when you ask, for example, for LêPraMim's neural voice or text recognition, or Fluxo's MP3 encoder. The text of your books and the sound of your videos are not sent — only the component is downloaded.

5E-mail

If you write to us (nebulosaworkspace@gmail.com), we will use your address and your message only to reply. We do not send advertising or pass on your contact.

6Donations via Pix

The donation happens in your bank's app, outside the site. We receive only the information that Pix itself shows to the recipient (such as the donor's name), used only for record-keeping and accounting.

7Your rights (LGPD)

Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018), you can ask for information about any personal data of yours we might have (in practice, only e-mail messages) and for its deletion, by writing to nebulosaworkspace@gmail.com.

8Children

The site does not collect data from anyone, including children and teenagers. We recommend that minors use the programs with the supervision of a parent or guardian.

9Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top is updated and the notice on the home page appears again.
