Terms of use

Simple rules for using the Nebulosa Workspace and its programs. By using the site or any program, you agree to these terms.

This is a translation provided for convenience. In case of any difference, the Portuguese version (Termos de uso) prevails.

1What the Nebulosa Workspace is

A set of free, open-source programs (Typee, Flyde, Stardust, EmCanto, LêPraMim, PazNoBolso, #pratododia, Imaginarium and Fluxo) that run right in the browser. There is no registration, account, password or charge.

2Free use at no cost

You may use the programs for personal, educational, professional or commercial purposes, without paying anything. The code is distributed under the MIT license (the project's LICENSE file): you may also copy, modify and redistribute it, keeping the copyright notice. Third-party components follow their own licenses (see Credits and licenses).

3Your files and your content

  • Everything you create, edit, read or listen to is processed on your own computer and remains yours. Nothing is sent to us.
  • You are responsible for the content you use and produce — for example, third-party books, music, images, videos and fonts. Respect copyright and the laws of your country.
  • Copies kept in the browser may be deleted when you clear browsing data. Always save your work to a file and keep backup copies.

4No warranty

The programs are offered “as is”, in good faith and without warranty of any kind: they may have errors, change or go offline. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the authors are not liable for data loss, losses or damages arising from their use. Do not use the programs as the only tool in critical situations (for example, financial, medical or legal decisions) without checking the results.

5Made with the help of artificial intelligence

A good part of the code, texts and images of the Nebulosa Workspace — including the English and Spanish translations — was produced with the help of artificial intelligence tools, under human direction and review. This changes nothing in your use, but it is good for you to know.

6Donations

Donations via Pix are entirely voluntary: they do not give access to extra features, do not create a service relationship or any obligation of support or future delivery, and are not refundable. They help keep the project going.

7Trademarks mentioned

Names of other products (such as Word, Excel, Photoshop, Photopea, After Effects or CapCut) appear only to explain what each program is for. They belong to their owners, and the Nebulosa Workspace has no connection with these companies.

8Prohibited use

Do not use the programs or the site for illegal activities, to deceive other people or to try to harm the operation of the site and the services it uses.

9Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The date at the top shows the latest version; when there is an important change, the notice on the home page appears again.
